Saltrock Offers Free UK Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange (if possible) as long as the product is returned to us in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging within 28 days after your delivery date. We aim to issue refunds on returns within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the item back into our returns department. Please be aware, this may take longer during busy periods.
If your item is faulty we can exchange for the exact same item where possible. In the event of the exact item not being available we will refund the item within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the product back to the returns department (unless we are in a sale period when issuing a refund may take longer)
Extended Christmas Returns Policy
Items purchased between 21st October 2019 and 24th December 2019 can be returned until 31st January 2020.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
Returns sent from UK addresses are free via Royal Mail’s online Tracked Returns service. You will need to go online, print and attach the label to your parcel in order to send it back to our returns department. If you do not have a printer you can still use Royal Mail’s Tracked Returns service by receiving a QR code to your smartphone and presenting the QR code at most Post Office branches. Follow this link to create your label/QR code.
Step 1: Create a returns label on the Royal Mail Website.
Step 2: Follow the instructions to create your returns label.
Step 3: Either print & attach your returns label to the front of your package OR take the QR code from the Royal Mail website to your local Post Office who will print a free returns label for you.
Remember to enclose the completed returns slip that was sent with your order.
You will be able to track your return via Royal Mail's website. We'll begin processing your return as soon as we receive it.

Frequently asked questions
I want to return something but I don't have the delivery note
No problem! Simply include your name, contact details and order number in your return package. Alternatively simply print your Order Confirmation email and include this with your return package.
I'd like to exchange an item
Where possible we are happy to offer exchanges for a different size of the same product via our free returns service. Please make a note on the returns form that was included with your delivery.
How long will my return take to process?

Can I return my Online order to store?
We're working on this, but for now please use our free postal returns service.
I don't have a printer to print the returns label
Many Post Office branches are able to print your returns label for you - simply complete the returns form on the Royal Mail website and show the QR code at the Post Office. See www.postoffice.co.uk/mail/returns-service for more information.
One of my items is faulty
We expect all Saltrock products reach you in perfect condition. If they haven't please get in touch and we'll put it right.
