Saltrock Offer Free Returns on All Purchases:

We are pleased to offer an extended returns policy for the Christmas period. Goods purchased from 12/10/17 may be returned for a refund up until 14/01/18.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange as long as the product is returned to us in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging within 28 days after your delivery date. We aim to issue refunds on returns within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the item back into our returns department. Please be aware, this may take longer in sale periods. If your item is faulty we can exchange for the exact same item where possible. In the event of the exact item not being available we will refund the item within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the product back to the returns department (unless we are in a sale period when issuing a refund may take longer). Please note, items bought online cannot be returned to stores.


All returns are free via Royal Mail’s online Tracked Returns service. You will need to go online, print and attach the label to your parcel in order to send it back to our returns department. If you do not have a printer you can use Royal Mail’s Tracked Returns service by receiving a QR code to your smartphone and presenting the QR code at the post office.


Step 1:  Create a returns slip at the Royal Mail Website.

Step 2: Follow the instructions & make your returns label.

Step 3: Attach your returns label to the front of your package and include the completed returns slip that was sent with your order. 

Step 4: Take the package to the Post Office & return for FREE.
