Saltrock Offers Free UK Returns 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange (where possible), provided the product is returned to us in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging. 

If your item is faulty, we can exchange it for the exact same item where possible. If the exact item is unavailable, a refund will be issued within 7-10 working days of the product being received by our Returns Department (please note this may take longer during busy periods). 

TikTok Shop Orders 

If you purchased your item through TikTok Shop, please initiate your return through your TikTok Shop account by visiting your order history and following the returns process provided by TikTok Shop. 

The returns options outlined below, including Saltrock store returns and the Royal Mail returns portal, are available only for orders placed directly with Saltrock.co.uk. 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. 

Returns & Refunds Terms & Conditions 

• You have 30 days from receipt of your parcel to return items to us. 

• We aim to issue refunds within 7-10 working days of receiving your return. 

• Please be aware this may take longer during busy periods. 

• For purchases made through TikTok Shop, returns should be initiated through the TikTok Shop platform in accordance with TikTok Shop's returns process. 

Faulty Items or Exchanges 

• If you would like a different size or item, please make a note on your delivery sheet. 

• You will receive a confirmation email when the replacement is on its way. 

• If the replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. 

• For TikTok Shop purchases, please raise any return, refund or exchange requests through TikTok Shop. 

How to Return Items 

For Orders Placed on Saltrock.co.uk 

We offer two free ways to return your order. 

Option 1: Return to a Saltrock Store (Free) 

You can return your item free of charge at any Saltrock store within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Please bring: 

• The item(s) you wish to return 

• Your order confirmation email or proof of purchase 

Our store team will process your return and arrange your refund or exchange in accordance with this policy. 

Option 2: Return via Royal Mail (Free) 

Returns sent from UK addresses are free via Royal Mail's online Tracked Returns service. 

You can create a returns label online and print it at home. If you do not have access to a printer, Royal Mail can provide a QR code which can be scanned at most Royal Mail Customer Service Points or Delivery Offices, where they will print your returns label free of charge.

Step 1: Create your returns label or QR code using the Royal Mail website. 

Step 2: Follow the instructions to prepare your return. 

Step 3: Attach the label to your parcel or present the QR code at your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Delivery Office. 

Remember to enclose the completed returns slip that was sent with your order. 

You will be able to track your return via Royal Mail's website and we'll begin processing your return as soon as we receive it. 

For Orders Placed on TikTok Shop 

Please initiate your return through your TikTok Shop account. 

Saltrock store returns and the Royal Mail returns portal are only available for orders placed directly with Saltrock.co.uk. 

Once your return request has been submitted, TikTok Shop will provide details of the applicable returns process and any return instructions.
