How To Measure:

Height. First take your shoes off and stand on a flat floor. Then, with your feet together, measure your height level from top of your head to the ground. Placing something flat like a book on your head can help, but make sure it stays level!

Chest. Placing the tape measure under your arms, measure your chest around the fullest part. At your back, make sure the tape measure is level with your shoulder blades.

Waist. Find your natural crease by bending to one side, then measure your natural waistline at this point.
