Returns & Exchanges

We’re super pleased to be able to offer FREE RETURNS, here’s what you need to do…

We aim to issue refunds on returns within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the item back into our returns department. Please be aware, this may take longer in sale periods. If your item is faulty we can exchange for the exact same item where possible. In the event of the exact item not being available we will refund the item within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the product back to the returns department (unless we are in a sale period when issuing a refund may take longer). Please note, items bought online cannot be returned to stores.

All returns are free via Royal Mail’s online Tracked Returns service. You will need to go online, print and attach the label to your parcel (or present a QR code at the post office) in order to send it back to our returns department. You do not need a printer to use Royal Mail’s Tracked Returns service.

Step 2:

Follow the instructions & make your returns label.

Step 3:

Attach your returns label to the front of your package and include the completed returns slip that was sent with your order. 

Step 4:

Take to the Post Office & return for FREE.

 

Please Note:

Goods must be returned in the original packaging (or a suitable alternative) and be in original, re-saleable condition. Once we receive the goods back to our returns department and we are satisfied by the condition of the goods we will initiate a return/exchange. We recommend you retain a “proof of postage”.
