There is an issue with some of our scooters….

A problem with the handlebars on a batch of our scooters has been identified.

If you purchased a scooter between 01 December 2011 and 16 Jan 2012, please be aware that you may have one from the problematic batch.

Note that not all scooters sold during this period are in question but I would like to draw your attention to the handlebar ‘down tube’, just above the clamp. This area is subject to bending when the scooter is used for hard and extreme stunts.

Please check this area for signs of damage and/or bending. If you have damage or a bend in the bar, do not continue to use the scooter. Please contact the place of purchase and Saltrock will make a damage assessment and will advise as appropriate. You will require proof of purchase.
