
No problem. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase we’ll exchange it for you or refund the full cost of the item(s).
Just package up the items securely in the original packaging the goods were sent in, or if damaged use a suitable alternative and send them to us with proof of purchase and a completed returns form within 7 working days of the date the package was delivered.
Don’t forget to fill in the returns form letting us know what you’d like us to do – exchange an item for a different size, different product or for a full refund.

When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, as long as they are in a re-saleable condition and we have proof of purchase we will refund the relevant amount or send you out an exchange. Any refund will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days - all refunds are credited to the card the transaction was made with. If you need an exchange we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible and if the items required are out of stock we will contact you by phone and/or email to arrange a suitable alternative.

We regret that you are not able to return items to a Saltrock retail store.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Our extended Christmas returns policy runs from 28th November until 28th January.
If you buy anything at Saltrock.com from November 28th you have until January 28th to return your order.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
